The schoo I work at had an assembly last week celebrating the civil rights movement.
There was a play about Rosa Parks, a power point and orsl history given by an African American back to slavery in Louisiana.
At the end we sang, "We Shall Overcome" while a teacher played piano.

We shall over come
We Shall over come
We shall overcome someday
I do believe
Deep in my heart
That we shall overcome someday.

We'll walk hand in hand
We shall all be free
We are not alone
We are not afraid.
